Curtis Gardner has worked in non-profit organizations for over 15 years. He currently serves as the Executive Director for the Colorado Soccer Foundation, an organization that he helped create in 2020. In addition to his work in Colorado, he spent five years in southern Africa leading a sport-for-development organization through a key stage of growth. He has an extensive background in strategy, finance, and administration, with firsthand experience of the work it takes to build a sustainable organization from scratch. As a licensed attorney, he also oversees legal work and risk management initiatives. He is really excited to join the Alliance for Higher Education in Prison team and is excited to support the mission as it enters its next chapter.
