Courtney Price is a dedicated leader in healthcare administration and public health, with a career defined by her commitment to transforming health systems and addressing social determinants of health. As a Public Health Analyst with Chenega Corporation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion, Courtney played a pivotal role in the nation’s COVID-19 response, significantly improving the surveillance of healthcare facility data reporting nationwide and developing impactful training programs on healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).

Courtney’s journey has taken her from nonprofit initiatives at the YMCA of Newark & Vicinity and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation—where she managed nearly $1M in grants for community health interventions—to the forefront of federal health policy. Her work emphasizes equity, evidence-based solutions, and community engagement, consistently bringing attention to the critical links between health, policy, and environment.

An alumna of Howard University (BS in Psychology) and Rutgers University (MPH in Epidemiology), Courtney balances her professional commitments with a passion for exploring global cuisines, volunteering, and preparing for her first marathon.
