Operation Restoration (OR) is dedicated to empowering women and girls impacted by incarceration by providing opportunities for education, economic mobility, and advocacy. With a mission to end the incarceration of women and girls, OR supports individuals who have experienced confinement in various forms, including prison, jail, and detention facilities. The Higher Ed Administrator plays a critical role in OR’s College in Prison Program, working closely with the Tulane School of Professional Advancement to manage and develop higher education opportunities for incarcerated students. This position involves coordinating logistics, securing funding, facilitating student support, and collaborating with correctional institutions and educational partners to ensure program success. Additionally, the role includes policy advocacy, committee participation, and expanding educational access for justice-impacted individuals both during and after incarceration.
